How far in advance can I book?
The sooner the better! As soon as you know the date, time and place for your event, get in touch with us to confirm availability and avoid any disappointment.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
We require a non refundable £100 booking fee to secure your date. The remaining balance of your event cost must be paid at least 7 days before your event. You may choose to pay the booking fee first and the balance later, or pay the full amount upfront.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
We take pride in offering transparent and fair pricing. All our prices are clearly listed on our website. By providing upfront pricing, we empower customers to select the package that best fits their needs and budget.

My celebration is an exclusive event, can I make special requests for our attendant?
Many clients host events that are ‘Ladies only’ or have specific themes. If you have special requests—such as female or male attendants only, or a particular dress code for staff—please inform us when booking. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs. Please note, we may ask for additional details or reasoning to ensure our practices remain ethical and respectful to all parties involved.
